Add Option to Pause Check execution during Maintenance Mode

As a user that sets maintenance mode on a check I need the ability to set a check to not run during the maintenance. Currently today during maintenance mode a check still runs and alerts are suppressed. This is a good feature and sometimes I need this but I need the option for the check to actually not run at all to prevent my infrastructure from being queried by a check.

Use a check in multiple components on a single status page

I'd like to add a check in multiple different groups within a single status page. For example, i have a check that checks the UserIdentification service. If the UserIdentification service is down, it will affect Authentication and Order Processing (for example) I'd like to have groups for Authentication and Order Processing on the status page and have the check apply to both of those so that both are listed as affected when the User Identification service is affected, so that I can provide better feedback on the overall effects of the outage rather than just reporting on the check itself. At present, the only way to do this is to duplicate the checks, which then means managing multiple instances of the same check independently, increasing admin overhead.

Option to automatically set public status page maintenance based on check

Hi, We had some feedback from internal users that they were expecting the public status pages to show active maintenance, if the associated check(s) were configured to be under maintenance. I believe this does not happen - but it would be very useful if this could be an option. It would save additional (somewhat duplicated) work in terms of having to additionally set maintenance on the status page. Currently we’re making use of the internal status page, and we utilise both “Under maintenance now” and “Maintenance schedules” on http checks. Thanks

Scheduled SLA Calculation Windows Add the ability to schedule when the SLA should be impacted on checks; i.e. - I only want my SLA impacted during 9AM UTC to 5PM UTC. This is a different functionality then maintenance windows - where as the alerts will still be fired and sent to endpoints and users/contacts but downtime will not impact the SLA during the scheduled period of time Maintenance Windows that overlap with these schedules would be over ridden by the Maintenance Schedule in place (if one exists)

Checks column width too narrow

In the new layout (app.uptime.com) we find the checks table name column width very narrow. We use quite long check names because of our naming conventions and sometimes it is impossible to differ between checks. Can you make it adjustable or a bit wider? Or add a tool tip to the name column showing the complete name? Thank you for your work to further improve your great product.

Allow DNS override via --connect-to curl paramater

We have a need to validate changes in our akamai staging. This is possible by overriding DNS and connecting to akamai staging dns entries, instead of production. For this the connect-to parameter of curl can be exposed for configuration. An example of how this works: curl --connect-to www.microsoft.com:443:www.microsoft.com-c-3.edgekey-staging.net https://www.microsoft.com In the above example the DNS resolution of www.microsoft.com is changed to whatever ip www.microsoft.com-c-3.edgekey-staging.net returns. Allowing connection to the hostname while on a different ip than is in DNS.

Self monitoring of private locations

It would be good if there was built in monitoring to know when the private location is no longer reporting back to our instance.
