Wait for step enhancement in transaction checks

Currently, transaction checks support only a fixed 1-second wait step. Enhance this functionality by making the wait duration configurable, allowing users to set a custom delay (e.g., "Wait for 5 seconds," "Wait for 10 seconds," etc.).
