Turn checks on/off based on a schedule

We have setup checks for our staging/test systems, as its important to validate checks still work when we are implementing changes to our software. However, the checks run all the time. This means our DBs and Containers do not scale to 0, because they’re always receiving traffic. Subsequently, we get a higher Azure bill for our staging/test systems.

We would like to turn checks on/off using a schedule.

This is very different to suppressing/ignoring results based on a schedule/maintenance window.

Adding a maintenance window option to turn checks on/off instead of just suppressing them could work well.
