Teams - Webbooks - Configuration Simplification

Currently in order to create a notification for teams, it requires a specific webhooks, and one webhook is associated to one teams, one channel only.

It would be easier to have the configuration being done from the notification page.

Basically, in the notification page, it would have the option to select
teams and the channels.. and then it will require only one workflow to be created.
