Support GET in heartbeat checks

Currently, a heartbeat check only supports POST as protocol. Some systems can only send a basic GET request. If Uptime.com heartbeat could support this as an option, the heartbeat functionality would improve. Optionally allow URL query parameters to send data into Uptime.com.
