Currently, a heartbeat check only supports POST as protocol. Some systems can only send a basic GET request. If <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="link" href="http://Uptime.com">Uptime.com</a> heartbeat could support this as an option, the heartbeat functionality would improve. Optionally allow URL query parameters to send data into Uptime.com.
