Support AND operator on Auto-select checks by tag feature

On the Groups Checks page it’s possible to select checks based on tags.

We assumed that these tags were AND’d together initially but it looks like they are OR’d.

In our use-case, we would love this to be an option, and that would enable us todo things like:

Add checks for env: prod AND owner: my-team

    AND filtering everywhere for tags would fit our needs better than the current OR filter

    Hi Nick. This is a good request and should be something relatively easy for us to add to the product in the future. We'll add it to our backlog and let you know when we have an update.

    This same feature would be useful on the dashboard creation page as well - that also uses an OR filter.
