Hi ! - We have a new “General Event” type coming soon that will allow posting/use cases around issues that arent incidents, not maintenances, but long running notifications. I think this will satisfy the requirement and then there will be a section for this too. So “Known Issues” can funnel under this section on the SP. Thoughts?
