SMTP check with Autoreply

I’d like Uptime to send an email to a service mailbox on my domain, for example, Checkemail@myemail.com . When the mailbox receives the email from check@uptime.com, it would automatically reply. If Uptime receives the auto-reply, the test is considered successful. If not, it would indicate a delivery issue, and I’d like to be alerted
