Response Time Note Appears in Report Even When Response Time Section Is Disabled

Hello Team,

I noticed an issue while generating reports.

Even when the Response Time section is disabled during report creation, the final generated report still includes a note/reference mentioning Response Time.
Since that option was turned off, I would expect all Response Time related content to be removed completely from the final report.
It would be helpful if the report only displayed the sections that were selected during setup.
