Recurring Maintenance Windows for (Public) Status Pages

Currently, we can create recurring maintenance windows for checks on the checks page, but not publicly-visible recurring maintenance windows for Status Pages.

This would be very useful in order to allow the public to know of the recurring schedule for maintenances, especially if combined with a notifications setting to send a notification X time ahead of any recurring planned maintenance.
