Provide Probe IP List via Public URL for Firewall Consumption

Firewalls like OpnSense allow for a list of IPs to be built from a URL target. For example Stripe’s Webhook list (https://stripe.com/files/ips/ips_webhooks.txt) or a Emerging Threats Block list (info: https://iplists.firehol.org/?ipset=et_block | list: https://rules.emergingthreats.net/fwrules/emerging-Block-IPs.txt). From that, I single firewall rule can be built to manage access from all IPs in the list.

It would be great to be able to manage Uptime Probe list in the same automatic way, especially for rules like ICMP that to test targets are reachable at that level but only from the probes.
