Add support for custom certificate on the SSL check so it can be used on POPs and PLMs against private servers or custom end points requiring a custom certificate.
This would be extremely helpful on the API check as well.
While the API check can do client certificate authentication, it cannot do mTLS verification of the server if the server certificate is from an internal Certificate Authority.
