Phone System Monitoring

It would be beneficial to have continuous monitoring of our phone system. Currently, users often alert us to outages before our provider does. To enhance our response time, we are looking to implement a probe that periodically calls a designated test line from outside our network to ensure it rings. If the call connects without encountering a busy signal, we can confirm the system is functioning correctly.
