Notes when ignoring an alert
It would be helpful to be able to enter a note when choosing “Ignore This Alert”. That can make it easier to explain why you excluded something from SLA calculations when you are asked about it several days or weeks after the fact.

Hi @Mark Tancil Thanks for reaching out and providing this feature request. Great request. We certainly want to implement this ability in the future (although I don’t currently have a timeline. We’ll update you in the future once this has been implemented!
