More Service Status Types

Many of our services have more complex statuses than up or down, we would like the ability to use one or more “degraded” status types. It would be really cool if we could have the ability to set any number of custom status types, but would be happy with just “degraded”, to help better align with our other tools. This lack of granularity is currently the biggest preventer of us fully adopting your platform.
