Internal Status Pages - Link Internal Users to their Subscriptions

We need to be able to easily offboard employees and it has kindly been explained to us that there is no connection between our internal user accounts and their subscriptions, so we are left having to ask users to unsubscribe to alerts if they leave our organization, which isn’t always possible. Either this, or we need to track their subscription information separately so that we can unsubscribe them manually once they leave. Since this is for an internal status page, it would be very helpful if the subscriptions made by internal users who ware logged in were connected to the user’s account and therefore could be automatically unsubscribed when the account is deactivated and/or removed.
