Custom Text to be sent with Down Alerts

It would be useful to be able to add some custom text that goes out with various checks. Sometimes recipients may not know what impact it might have. For example, if we do a cloud alert for Cloudflare, we may need to note in the text what applications Cloudflare outage would impact. Thank you!
