Currently, there is no way to view the total time a specific environment remained under maintenance, neither in the Check Analysis nor directly via the API.
We use two main flows:
Maintenance window via Check: used to prevent downtime alerts during the period. For environments without a Status Page, this is the only way to identify when the environment was under maintenance.
Status Page: when available, we create incidents of type Scheduled Maintenance.
The problem is: this value cannot be viewed in a consolidated manner within the Monitor. While audit logs may contain related records, there is no dedicated or straightforward option to retrieve such a history. This is important for the use of the maintenance window feature, as it is different from “downtime” and “uptime” and exists specifically to provide visibility over the environment, which is the primary purpose of our use of this functionality.
We found the need to expose the total maintenance window time of Check-based and Status Page incidents maintenance. This would improve visibility, simplify reporting, and show SLA calculations.
