Cloud Status Checks: Display of the provider name

With Cloud Status Checks, the service provider name is not displayed in dashboards and in the monitoring list. For example, if you mix a dashboard with Cloud Status Checks from GCP and Azure, it is not possible to see which provider the check belongs to if the name is not included in the fixed check name. In the monitoring list, you can at least make do with tags.
