Centralized URL Management for Multiple Checks

Currently, I have several checks (Uptime, Malware, DNS, Blacklist) all targeting the same URL.

It would be very helpful to have a way to manage them together — for example, a centralized link or parent setting.

When the URL changes, it should automatically update across all related checks instead of requiring manual edits in each one.

Even a “bulk update URL” feature would save significant time.
