Allow Slack messages to be concise and remove redundant information.

We’d like the abilite to configure the downtime/uptime messages that uptime.com sends to Slack.
The Uptime default is quite verbose:

Ideally we’d simplify it, to save vertical real-estate in our channels, to something like the below:

We have quite a few different systems and products that send us alerts and we like to keep the vertical space of Slack clutter free.

Competing products such as Datadog allow you to include or exclude components of the message, such as:

• message (body)

• snapshot (visual graph/example)

• related tags

• recipients

• actions
