Add the ability to show all monitors, limited by tag, to status page.

We have a need as a hosting organisation to provide a status page summary to our internal teams of all the ‘prod’ tagged monitors that we manage.

Currently it’s heavily manual and nearly impossible to have a single status page show all of our monitors.

Group and component mappings are very manual and don’t have the ability to manage this well.

Instead we’d like to just be able to select all the monitors we want, via tag, and have them appear on the status page to summarise for our product and support teams.
