Add support for named, reusable rule sets that can be referenced inside a recording definition. Instead of duplicating common step sequences (e.g. login, logout, navigate to module) across every test recording, a user can define the sequence once as a named rule and include it by name in any recording.
Motivation: Currently, shared setup/teardown steps like login and sign-out are copy-pasted into every recording. When the login flow changes (URL, credentials, locators), every recording must be updated individually.
Proposed Behaviour:
Define a reusable rule once (e.g. @login, @logout)
Reference it in any recording with a single include: @login directive
At runtime the rule expands inline before execution
Acceptance Criteria:
[ ] A reusable rule can be defined separately from any specific recording
[ ] Any recording can include one or more named rules by reference
[ ] Changes to the rule propagate automatically to all recordings that include it
[ ] Works for both setup (login) and teardown (logout/sign-out) steps
