Add China location for Pagespeed tests

Currently this is supported for Website/HTTP tests, but not for Pagespeed tests.

We would find this useful as we have to serve clients and employees in China.

Given the network problems and workarounds that are typically involved in supporting access from China, monitoring pagespeed would be a great benefit.
