We have improved the SLA Reports interface to make it cleaner and easier to navigate.

The updates are as follows:

• Table actions are now consolidated into a single menu instead of individual icons, providing a cleaner interface. 
• We have added a search bar and additional filtering options to help you find the reports you need more quickly. 
• Creating and editing reports, as well as managing global report settings, now appear in a focused view.
