Component-Specific Subscriptions

We’re excited to announce a new feature, which is the ability to allow your users to subscribe to specific components on your Status Pages and receive notifications of Incidents or Scheduled Maintenances.

Users can elect to receive updates for only the components and component groups that matter to them, rather than receiving updates for the whole status page.

Navigate to the status page and click on the “Subscribe to updates” button, then select  the component(s) you want to receive notifications for.

After subscribing, they will receive an email confirming they are now subscribed to the status page.
