Feature request

In the Alerts page, it would be very useful to have an option to add details as to why the alert was triggered. When exporting the alerts we could have reasoning behind each downtime incident. This could simply be a free text box to include details of why it happened, what was done resolve this and keep an audit log of why each alert was triggered.
