You now have the ability to completely remove your status page external users. By navigating to your status page settings, under the External Users option, you will see the Actions menu, where you will be able to delete the user.

This can also be done via the REST API, using the delete users endpoint, which can be found under the list of the status page endpoints from the REST API documentation.
