We’re happy to announce that we’ve added two new integrations with Grafana. This allows you to push response time metrics from your Uptime.com checks to Grafana Cloud via Graphite ingestion and the Prometheus service.

Grafana is used for monitoring, observability, and incident response. Use this integration to have your Uptime.com metrics displayed directly in your Grafana cloud instance for a unified performance view.

For more information see our documentation on these two integrations:

We've redesigned our Maintenance scheduling system to simplify management of planned downtime across your checks.

A new Maintenance Dashboard lets you create reusable schedules, apply them to multiple checks at once, and track all maintenance activity in one place.

Key New Features:

  • Centralized Dashboard – Manage all maintenance schedules in one place with Active, Schedules, and Event Log tabs

  • Reusable Schedules – Create once and apply to multiple checks without editing each individually

  • Flexible Scheduling – One-off, weekly, or monthly schedules with customizable times (e.g Second Friday of the Month) and pause options

Maintenance Schedules can be created from the Maintenance dashboard. You can also set a one-off schedule directly from a check’s maintenance tab or link to an existing schedule.

For more information, read our documentation on Check Maintenance Windows.

We have updated the version of Chrome that our probe servers use to perform checks. If you have whitelisted our user-agent, please note that your records should be updated to ensure your service monitoring is not interrupted. For full information on the user-agent and to locate the string and update your records, see our documentation here.

We have made improvements to the interface used to customize your Dashboards. Customization is now split into two tabs:

  • General: set the name of the Dashboard, its position in the menu, and its pinned status

  • Display Settings: set the display of the Metrics Summary section, choose which checks and cards to display on the Dashboard, and choose which alerts to show

For more information on Dashboards and their customization, see our documentation here.

We are happy to announce a new integration with ilert. This allows you to push alerts from your Uptime.com checks to on-call responders in ilert. Incidents resolve automatically in ilert when the check recovers. Using this integration is simple:

  • Create and configure an alert source in ilert

  • Add a webhook integration in Uptime.com with the URL generated by ilert

  • Open and close incidents in ilert based on the status of the Uptime.com check.

For full information on setting up the integration, see our documentation here.
