We have recently moved the Integrations page to the NextGen UI.

Navigate to Notifications > Integrations and and click the link in the banner at the top of the page to try the new experience.

In the new UI, integrations now have a Status column, indicating the working status of the integration:

Operational status with no errors present

Integration is missing a contact, but is working 

There are errors preventing the integration from functioning

You may revert back to the old experience at any time by clicking the link in the banner at the top of the page.
